Farm Stay at the terraced rice fields

This is exactly what you are looking for!
The view of “Tanada” (terraced rice fields) reminds us of a typical and nostalgic Japanese countryside. 375 rice fields, of all sizes are tiered across approximately 4 hectares of steep, sloping land. The scenery around the village is culturally important and so Kamogawa- Oyama- Senmaida is officially designated as a scenic spot by the local government. It is positioned roughly in the center of Bousou peninsula and is the closest terraced rice fields to Tokyo.

This event is farm stay at such a beautiful scenery area. Let’s enjoy countryside life with local farmers through the following unique experiences.
-Let’s check the growth of rice plant we planted in May and mow at the rice fields.
-Let’s harvest fruits or vegetables and make jam out of them.
-Let’s make local traditional “Matsuri-Sushi” with using local rice.
-Let’s feel the nature and typical countryside life through farm stay.
